Sit and Sip

Imagine talking to someone who knows exactly what you are going through.  All the confusing, crazy thinking, insecurity, doubt…all those thoughts that are swirling around in your head and you can’t make it stop. Imagine opening your mouth and all that stuff comes pouring out, falling on the ears of someone who has been there, who won’t judge, who believes you, won’t be shocked, won’t bat an eye.

Pam Lambert Domestic Violence Advocate and SpeakerThat’s what it’s like to Sit and Sip.  Whether it’s in person at my cute little cabin in the woods, at your favorite coffee shop, talking or texting on the phone, Skype or emails, I am here for you!  Whatever makes you comfortable, that’s how we’ll communicate.  Sit and Sip will be as easy as talking with your favorite sister or best friend. As a survivor of domestic violence, I get it.  I’ve been there.  I’ve been doing this for 15 years, working with victims who live close and those who live as far away as England and Australia.  Nothing you can say will shock me.  But you will feel, oh, so much better by getting it off your chest. If you’re not sure, click on the link at the bottom of this page to read the testimonials of some wonderful women I’ve worked with.

And here’s the great part.  It’s 100% confidential and 100% free.  All you have to do is contact me when you are ready to talk and we’ll set something up that works for both of us. Please contact me below:
